    Introduction:

Dairy products like milk and cheese contain probiotics, which are good for the gut. They are also an excellent source of protein. Dairy products can be consumed with gluten free foods for those who have a gluten allergy or intolerance. The milk and cheese dairy product contains Probiotics which is good for the body to chews on dairy products regularly has to that one suffers from a disorder called lactose intolerance. This is where your body loses some of its ability to digest lactose, a type of sugar found in milk and other dairy products. Lactose intolerance occurs when there isn’t enough of an enzyme called lactase in the digestive system (the small intestine).

    What are Dairy Products?

Dairy products are defined as foods that come from animals or plants that include milk, cheese, yogurt and butter. Dairy products are a type of food that is commonly made from cows.

The role of the dairy industry:

Dairy products play a crucial role in the diet of an individual and vice versa. The dairy industry is responsible for the production, processing and marketing of these items in almost all countries around the world. It also has significant value in terms of social development as it contributes to the national economy when it comes to manufacturing, processing and marketing. While the concept of the dairy industry was initially introduced in the 17th century, it later grew to be one of the largest production industries in terms of revenue.

    Benefits of Dairy Products:

    1) They contribute to a healthy weight. The dairy and the protein found in dairy products is great for the body. The protein helps maintain good health and boosts energy levels.

    2) They are nutritious and healing. The calcium, vitamin D, phosphorus, potassium and vitamin B2 found in dairy products can be vital for bone health and immunity as well as maintaining brain function.

    3) They are filling. The benefits of giving up Dairy products contain healthy fats that help keep you full throughout the day, which assists in preventing overeating and weight gain from junk food. 4) They contribute to an active life-style.

    4) They are delicious. The different dairy products, whether it is cheese, ice cream or yogurt can be enjoyed by anyone of any age.

Dairy products such as cheese and yogurt also contain probiotics that are beneficial for the body. You may find these in your local supermarket or health food store.

    Dairy Alternatives:

While regular dairy products can be healthy and nutritious, there are some people who cannot tolerate them. People who suffer from lactose intolerance cannot process the lactose found in most dairy products and experience symptoms like diarrhea, bloating and nausea after consuming them.

What does impact the body to eat dairy products regularly?

There are some types of dairy products that a person who suffers from an intolerance can eat. This can be found in their local supermarket or health food store. Some examples are: cream, half and half, chocolate, yogurt and most cheeses.

The yogurt has a thick consistency and the half and half is mostly used for cooking or baking but can also be used for desserts just like the regular cream or chocolate does. This means that lactose intolerant people can still enjoy many different dairy products even though they cannot consume the regular ones.

While dairy products are good for you, it can be easy to overdo it. A person should limit their dairy intake to a maximum of 2 servings a day. For example, if you are having a bowl of cereal with milk and another small snack of cheese throughout the day this will make up two servings.

As the human body gets older, their capacity to digest lactose starts to decline. This is why many people experience lactose intolerance as they grow older. The symptoms experienced when lactose intolerant people consume dairy products include diarrhea, bloating, cramping and nausea.

    Conclusion:

Lactose intolerance is more prevalent in adults than in children. This occurs due to the fact that the production of lactase stops during childhood. People who are lactose intolerant however can begin producing their own lactase by consuming dairy products at the right time and quantity. They should also consume their dairy products with a variety of other foods so their body can easily digest them.
