You are eligible for 8 Domestic Lounge access in a year and 2 access per quarter. You get a complimentary Priority Pass Membership worth US $99 for the first two years of cardholder membership. However, the standard membership of the Priority Pass Program is provided only to the primary cardholder of SBI Card PULSE.
There are no complimentary visits for SBI Card PULSE.

Charges on SBI card PULSE:
Annual Fee (one time): the annual Fee on the card is Rs. 1,499 + Taxes
Renewal Fee (per annum): the renewal fee on the card is Rs. 1,499 + Taxes from the second year onwards. Renewal Fee reversed if annual spends for last year >= Rs. 2,00,000.
Add-on Fee (per annum): SBI card PULSE does not charge any Add-on fees.
