However, when it comes to Lab Scale High-Pressure Stainless Steel Reactor, they are low-capacity plants, but they provide high flexibility facilities.

    Usually, they are used at the initial research stage, when you don’t need high production capacity. Instead great amount of experimental essays is needed. On a laboratory scale high-pressure stainless steel reactor, any modifications could be done quickly and with a relatively very low amount.     Lab Scale High-Pressure Stainless Steel Reactor for Batch Hydrogenation Reaction:

    It is commonly used for chemistry and chemical engineering synthetic reactions under very high temperatures and pressure or catalytic reaction. This type of environmental condition requires measuring the pressure, temperature and speeding at the same time. They add inert gas protection, soothe pressure and realize online sampling or feeding. Moreover, they are widely used for flammable and explosive, highly toxic, precious media and other highly porous chemical mediums for stirring reactions. Using the vulcanization process and fluoridation of petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymer polymerization, Hydrogenation, and other important non-leakage reactions can perform through a high-pressure stirred reactor autoclave.la

    Parts of Lab Scale High-Pressure Stainless Steel Reactor:

    There are some most important parts of the Lab Scale High-Pressure Reactor. Without those parts, it can’t work properly, and the results would not be 100%.

    Brushless Motor:

    It can control digital frequency conversion. Strong controllability, low noise, smooth operation, and no need for daily maintenance are the most important jobs of the motor of Lab Scale High-Pressure Stainless Steel Reactor. The maximum speed of the brushless motor of this reactor is 1350rpm.

    Looking Glass:

    A looking glass in Lab Scale High-Pressure Reactor is used to observe the change of the reaction medium in the vessel. It has a high light transmittance and acid as well as alkali resistance. It is just a safety accessory and should be checked regularly. 

    Vessel Lid:

    The vessel lid is equipped with standard ports, including a sight glass port, feed port, thermometer port, vacuum instrument port, constant pressure funnel port and air guide port. 

    Controller:

    It is the most important part of the high-pressure stirred reactor autoclave. It adopts variable frequency speed regulation. However, vacuum coating is used to protect the internal components of the variable frequency. This vacuum coating is corrosion-resistant. 

    Lab Scale High-Pressure Reactor for Batch Hydrothermal Hydrolysis:

    The stainless steel lab-scale high-pressure reactor can contain a total volume of 300 ml. Moreover, it can operate up to 227bar at 454°C. The inner of the vessel is equipped with a DispersimaxTM turbine stirrer, a baffle bar and a cooling coil. The high-pressure stirred reactor autoclave is coupled with the ceramic band heater and the pressure gauge. Inside the temperature, there is IB50 apparatus that controls the furnace temperature and stirring speed.

    It is used for biomass hydrolysis. However, it can be operated continuously, but its current use is semi-continuous. The reactor is heated to the desired temperature, and the current liquid pours into it. After the time is over, the process of refrigeration is performed from the inside as well as the outside. The cooling coil cools it down, and the cold bath works for the outside.

    Conclusion:

    The high-pressure lab-scale reactor system is designed to use metal pressure vessels. The high-pressure stirred reactor autoclave or Lab Scale High-Pressure Reactor ensures high corrosion resistance, and safety features guarantee safe reactions under pressure.
