Benefits of Social Media Ads

Did you know that more than 77% of the US population have social media profiles? Did you know that Facebook has more than half a million daily users? Social media presents a salient opportunity for increasing your leads, keep in mind you to boost your audience; buy YouTube likes from YouTube and other related sites. This article takes a deep dive into the benefits that accrue to any business that users social media ads.

1. You Reach Large Audience

Think of the number of people using social media daily? This is the only great way of reaching people today. Early on, people could meet at marketplaces, schools, networking events, or even religious places. Not so today. Social media have changed everything. Today, all these things can be done online. Congregants attend churches online. People shop online. So how would you reach your audience if not through special media? Using social media opens the door for your business to reach more leads.

If you have a coffee shop in Washington for instance, you can take the advantage of social media ads to reach both the locals and the tourists. Moreover, some social media platforms such as Facebook allow for location targeting. Here you get to decide the area to get your ads. You could define the area by region or city. Better still, you can state the radius within which you want your ads to appear. These strategies could be impactful on your sales.

2. You have a direct connection with your audience

Technology has turned the world into a global village. Even so, this comes with some disadvantages. In the past, people could easily connect. The intercommunity rules bound people together. Today, there is a very minimal physical connection if any. Everything is done online. So how do you connect with your audience as a business? How do you give them news updates and feedback on their questions and complaints? The only way to connect with your audience is through social media. But how exactly do you achieve this?

With social media, you get to know your audience better. The first step in connecting with someone is knowing them. It’s always said that when having conversations with strangers, take time to know them; their dreams, their desires, hobbies, and even how they behave. This allows you to know what to talk about with them. The same can be said about social media ads. Some social media platforms are very engaging and ensure business-customers connection on a subliminal level. When you know your audience well, you get to deliver invaluable content. You align the contents to their interest which makes them spend more time on your page. Think of the last time you went shopping, physically. How long did you spend in places which had some goods you wanted under one shade? Did you return there?

Personally speaking, shopping isn’t easy. It takes most of our time and involves a series of decisions: one after the other. This reduces our willpower. To increase your traffic, have related ads so that a customer may make your site his go place for shopping.

3. Better customer service. Every relationship has disagreements and the quality of the relationship depends on how you resolve the differences. “The customer is the boss”, they say. ‘Customers are loyal until another seller can provide better products. “If you are a random seller, after purchasing your products, customers may not know where to turn to for his complaints. Most of us are loss averse, therefore losing something makes us associate the causal factors with negative connotations. Moreover, for those not having online ads, customers cannot evaluate the qualities of your product before buying.

4. You get to see how the customers perceive your business

One of the inherent qualities of a good friendship is relishing in your differences. Early on, business people could not know their customer’s perceptions about their products. How devastating was this? There are what we call key indicators, they are the needle movers. If your customers are not okay with how you pack the food while delivering for instance, how will you know this is the cause of the reduced sales? You may work your butt off trying to add proportions of spices to woo more customers not knowing that you are doing a disservice to yourself and your business. With social media ads, people get to comment about the products, the improvement they want, and how they want the product delivered to them.

5. You have the opportunity of creating organic content

Social media provides an opportunity for posting organic content for free! Just imagine. Where else could you do adverts for free? Early on, most companies didn’t do adverts because all they knew was celebrity marketing. They associated ads with exorbitant charges without significant returns. You can connect with valuable leads at no cost. Today, almost all businesses have social media profiles because they want to cut production costs while maximizing profit.

Better still, you can post as much content as you want. If you want to post a 60-minute video, if you want to post a two-page ad, the choice is yours. This is the caveat though. While online, customers are  overburdened with information. They will not spend so much of their time reading or watching long boring content. So having long ads can work against you. You want to have short simple and catchy words that easily hook the customers. Moreover, have lead actions such as “click to get” as it increases the experience of the customer.

6. You have access to paid ads

Social media provides an option of running paid ads. You don’t have to put up with boring forms of paid ads on one platform. Every platform has its way. You want to familiarize yourself with deals of every platform and decide depending on the type of your business. There are interesting audience that may not be able to reach your business. How exactly can they reach you? How can they shop from your business? This is where paid ads come in.

How do people rate your business? How can you improve your services to meet their needs? Even more important than having answers is asking the right question. Asking these questions will enable you to understand your business better and steer it to new heights.
